Your Personal Data<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we need
The Wydden Valley Trust is what is known as the \u2018Controller\u2019 of the personal details (\u201cdata\u201d) you provide to us. We only collect the minimum necessary personal data about you, which does not include any special types of information or location based information. This does however include name, address, email, telephone details etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do we collect personal data?
We get personal data when you complete a membership application form, or when you update that information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why we need it
We need to know your basic personal data for Trust administration purposes and for communicating with you about your membership and topics we consider will be of interest to you by virtue of your membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do we share your data?
We will not share your data for use by anyone unless you have first given your specific approval. Trust membership records are backed up \u201cin the cloud\u201d, on computer servers of organisations who may be able to access but are not permitted to use your data. Under certain circumstances, we may be have to disclose your data if required to do so by law (e.g. a court or a government agency), but this is highly unlikely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What we do with it
Only the Trust Chair, Secretary and Treasurer will be able to access your details, and only then for the reasons set out in \u201cWhy we need it\u201d, above.

How long we keep it
We will only keep your details as long as you remain a member of the Wydden Valley Trust. You have a right to receive any data we hold on you, to have it corrected or, upon written request to any Trust Officer, to request your data is deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
